Click “Book A Class/Buy Now” tab above.
Click on “New Users: Sign up!”.
Click on “ONLINE STORE” tab.
Select the desired package.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit RedBike class schedule for updates.
RedBike accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash or checks. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
All classes must be prepaid.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
Socks are recommended for all classes.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

No problem! We have a 12 –hour cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use.
Canceled classes cannot be switched within the 12-hour window, however you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours!
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangable or transferable.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log in into My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, call your local studio.

WAIT LIST:

Class reservations are offered to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis through email.

EXPIRATION:

Class credits do not expire and can be used at any RedBike location. Class credits and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REDBIKE UNLIMITED PACKAGES

CLASS CANCELLATION:

RedBike members may cancel a reserved bike or mat without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled class at www.redbikestudios.com under My Account. Each class not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in a $10.00 fee charged directly to members’ credit cards.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

RedBike memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice after the required commitment.

PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the member in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above). The monthly fees will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.
