How does Gabi have enough energy to teach a morning ride and work a full time job? Her formula for success that keeps her feeling young is simple: green juice and some healthy bites! Green juices are made with fruits and vegetables filled with antioxidants, phytochemicals, minerals and vitamins…sometimes as much as a day's worth of vegetables in one serving. Our recommendation: drink your juice 30 minutes after class in order to restore the glucose used during your workout. You’ll be sure to feel like a more energized, youthful version of yourself!
